After in-depth contact with more than 20 top hotel brands, we finally decided to join forces with Raffles Hotel, a legendary luxury hotel brand that was founded in 1887. Building on its pioneering heritage, Raffles Hotel Shenzhen is on course to become Shenzhen’s leading international luxury hotel.

Named after British statesman Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, Raffles Hotel is one of the few  luxury hotels remaining in the world with its origins in the 19th century. It is loved by royalty, cultural celebrities and international stars; such names as Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William, Princess Kate, Somerset Maugham, Charlie Chaplin, Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson have all enjoyed stays at the hotel. Raffles Hotel Shenzhen held its soft opening in May 2019.
